1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 Unused and Unopened Items
- You may request a refund for any unused and unopened toy within 30 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. For example, if you purchased a T13 3D Action Figure set, it should be returned with all the figures, their original packaging, and any additional items that came with the set.
1.2 Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective toy, we will provide a full refund. Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the item, at service@anbkx.com. Include details about the damage or defect, along with clear photos if possible. For instance, if a friction – powered monster truck arrives with a broken wheel or a bubble machine has a manufacturing defect, we will handle the refund process promptly.
1.3 Incorrect Items Sent
- In the rare event that you receive an item different from what you ordered, we offer a full refund. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will guide you through the return process.
2. Return Process
2.1 Obtaining a Return Authorization
- Before returning any item, you must obtain a return authorization (RA) number from us. Contact our customer service team at service@anbkx.com and provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the item. We will issue an RA number and provide you with further instructions.
2.2 Packaging the Return
- Ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging, if possible. Use additional padding to prevent any further damage during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, use a sturdy box and appropriate packing materials.
2.3 Shipping the Return

- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. This also allows you to monitor the progress of your return.
3. Refund Processing
3.1 Inspection of Returned Items
- Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a refund. If the item is in the condition specified in our policy, we will proceed with the refund.
3.2 Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card. If you used a digital wallet, the refund will be processed back to that wallet.
3.3 Refund Timing
- The refund process may take up to 7 – 10 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item. However, the actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
4. Exceptions and Special Cases
4.1 Gift Cards
- Gift cards purchased from anbkx.com are non – refundable.
4.2 Custom or Personalized Items
- Custom or personalized toys, such as 3D – printed dragon eggs with custom designs or action figures with personalized details, are not eligible for returns or refunds, unless they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
4.3 Refused or Late Returns
- If you refuse a shipment or return an item after the 30 – day return period, a 20% restocking fee may be applied, and the refund amount will be the current price of the item, whichever is lower. Shipping costs will not be refunded in such cases.
